Troubleshooting
Find your problem in the tables below and follow the fix. Most problems take under a minute to solve.
If nothing here helps, send /support your message to the bot in a private chat. It goes straight to the team, and they reply in the bot.
The bot#

| The bot doesn't reply to me | Open a private chat with the bot and tap Start. Bots can't message you until you do |
| "Unknown command" | Check the spelling, or send /help for the list. /start opens the menu |
| "Slow down a little — too many requests" | You tapped or typed very fast. Wait a few seconds |
| "Your account is suspended" | Send /support if you think it's a mistake |
| "Something went wrong on our side" | Nothing was recorded. Try again in a moment |
| "Market data is unavailable right now" | The price provider is having trouble. Nothing was recorded. Try again shortly |
| "No trading pair found" | The token hasn't launched yet, or you pasted a wallet address instead of a token |
| "Which token?" | Add the contract address after the command, or reply to a message that contains one |

Calls#
| Message or problem | What it means | Fix |

| "First called by …" | Someone posted this token in the group before you | Nothing. Only the first caller gets the credit in a group |
| "You already called this token here" | Your earlier call on it is still tracking | Nothing. Tracking continues on your original call |
| "You called this token recently" | Same token within 60 minutes | Try again after the time shown |
| "Daily limit reached" | 25 calls in the last 24 hours | Wait until older calls drop out of the 24-hour window |
| "Too many calls in 10 minutes" | Burst limit hit | Slow down. Your account may be flagged for review |
| "Liquidity is … calls need at least …" | The pool is below the network or group minimum | Wait for more liquidity, or call a different token |
| "Market cap … is below/above …" | The group has a market-cap range | Check /rules or ask the group's admins |
| "This group only tracks … tokens" | The group limits chains | Post tokens on the chains it tracks |
| "In this group only admins can record calls" | The group is admins-only | Nothing to do |
| "The admins of this group have turned off call tracking for you here" | You're on the group's ignore list | Ask the group's admins |
| "This message is too old to count" | The message is older than 3 minutes | Post it again as a new message |
| "This group has not been activated yet" | Nobody has activated the bot in this group | Ask a group admin to send /claim |
| "…new calls are paused" | The host no longer holds their hosting tier | The host needs to top up |
| "Calls on $ALPHA itself are not tracked" | Self-dealing protection | Nothing to do |
| "This token is blocked from call tracking" | Moderators blocked this token | Nothing to do |
| My post wasn't confirmed at all | The group may use silent mode or the 🔥 reaction, or contract tracking is off | Check your calls with /calls. Admins can check /settings |
| I edited my message to add the address | Edited messages never become calls | Post a new message |
Scores and ranks#
| Problem | Fix |
|---|---|
| My score didn't change after a call | Calls count once they mature, 24 hours after the call by default. Scores are then recalculated in the background |
| I'm "unranked" | You need at least 3 scored calls to rank. Groups need 5 |
| My score went down after a big win | Your score balances performance with timing, consistency, risk and conviction. A deep drop before the run or a late call can pull parts down. See The Alpha Score |
| My score is low with only one or two calls | Small samples are pulled toward a neutral score. It settles as you make more calls |
| I don't have a badge yet | Badges need both many scored calls (20, 50 or 100) and a high score |
Wallet and PRO#
| Problem | Fix |
|---|---|
| "No Solana wallet found in this browser" | Open the verify page from the bot's Verify with Phantom or Verify with Solflare buttons, or install a wallet extension |
| "You declined the request in your wallet" | Tap verify again and approve both the connect and the sign requests |
| "This wallet is already linked to a different Telegram account" | One wallet backs one account. Use another wallet or the account that owns it |
| "Wallet verification expired" / "request not found" | Send /wallet again for a new link |
| "Too many verification attempts" | Wait an hour and try again |
| PRO isn't active after buying $ALPHA | Tap 🔄 Refresh balance in /pro. Make sure the tokens are in your verified wallet |
| "The last balance check failed" | A temporary network problem. Your status hasn't changed. Try again soon |
| PRO shows "Grace period" | Your balance dropped below the requirement. Top up before the grace period ends |
| "Watchlists are a PRO feature" | Watchlists and price alerts need PRO |
| "Watchlist is full" | Remove a token first (up to 50) |
Groups#
| Problem | Fix |
|---|---|
| "Can't activate yet" | Your wallet isn't verified, your balance is below the hosting tier, or you've hit your tier's group limit. Send /host in a private chat |
| "Only an administrator of this group can claim it" | A group admin must send /claim |
| "This group is already hosted by another admin" | The current host sends /release first |
| "Could not read your ALPHA balance right now" | Nothing changed. Try /claim again in a minute |
| The group card says "🟠 Commands only" | Make the bot an admin so it can see contract posts and Rick or Phanes replies |
| Contract posts aren't picked up | Check the bot is an admin and Contract addresses is on in /settings → 📥 Tracking |
| Rick or Phanes scans aren't credited | The bot must be an admin, and Credit Rick / Credit Phanes must be on. The scanner must reply to the member's message |
| "Only group admins can open these settings" | Ask a group admin or the host |
| "Only the host can change these settings" | The host chose Host only |
| My group isn't on the global board | It needs at least 5 scored calls. /global in the group shows how many more |
| The group was restricted | The host's balance stayed below the tier after the grace period. Top up and it is restored on the next check |
Promoted calls#
| Problem | Fix |
|---|---|
| "Promoted calls are not available right now" | They're switched off or not set up yet. Try again later |
| "Promoted tokens need at least $10,000 in liquidity" | Choose a token with a bigger pool |
| "Links aren't allowed in a thesis" | Remove web addresses. Add a space after full stops ("good. Dev", not "good.Dev") |
| "@mentions aren't allowed in a thesis" | Remove @names. You show as the sponsor anyway |
| "Write at least 20 characters" / "Keep it under 500" | Adjust the length |
| "No payment found yet" | Wait a minute after it confirms. Check you sent the exact amount to the right address |
| "The payment window closed" | If you paid, it still counts: tap I've paid — check now or paste the signature. If not, tap Pay now |
| "That transaction isn't this payment" | The amount didn't match and it wasn't from a verified wallet. Send the exact amount, or verify the wallet you paid from with /wallet and paste the signature again |
| "Payment too small" | You paid more than 0.5% under the price. It will be refunded. Start again |
| "Only an unpaid promotion can be canceled" | It's already paid. Send /support |
| I paid from an exchange | Refunds go back to the sending wallet, which an exchange may not credit. Send /support straight away |
Website and Mini App#
| Problem | Fix |

| No Telegram login button | Use /login in the bot for a one-time link |
| "This sign-in link is incomplete" or it expired | Send /login again. Links expire after 10 minutes and work once |
| The Mini App says "Open this inside Telegram" | Open it from the bot's Open app button |
| Calls show "Live for PRO members" | Free viewers see calls 12 hours late by default. PRO shows them live |
| A page shows an error | Tap Try again, or reload the page |
