Privacy and safety

What ALPHA Network stores about you, what is public, how to go private, and what we will never ask you for.

What we will never ask for#

  • Your seed phrase or private key. Never type them anywhere for ALPHA Network.
  • To send tokens to verify a wallet, unlock PRO or host a group. Verifying is a signature only, and PRO and hosting just read your balance.

The only time you send anything is when you choose to pay for a promoted call, and then only the exact amount shown on your own payment page or in the bot's payment message.

Signing a message is safe#

When you verify a wallet, your wallet asks you to sign a plain text message. That:

  • doesn't create a transaction;
  • costs no fees;
  • can't move your funds or give anyone access to them.

It only proves the wallet is yours.

  • /login links work once and expire after 10 minutes.
  • Wallet verification links from /wallet work once and expire after 20 minutes.
  • Don't share them. Anyone holding an unused link can use it.
  • The bot only sends /login links in a private chat, never in a group.

Your $ALPHA balance is read by our servers directly from Solana, never from your browser.

What is public#

  • Your calls, your Alpha Score, your rank and your profile page, under your Telegram name.
  • Calls show on public pages 12 hours after they're made by default. PRO members see them straight away.

Go private#

Turn off Public profile:

  • in the bot: /settings (private chat) → Public profile;
  • on the website: Settings → Alerts & privacy;
  • in the Mini App: Profile tab → Alerts & privacy.

With a private profile:

  • you show as "Private caller" on leaderboards and public pages;
  • your profile page isn't shown to others;
  • a promoted call you pay for shows "Alpha Network member" as the sponsor.

Your calls still count toward your score and the group's score.

Alerts and messages#

The bot only messages you after you've started it. You control call alerts with /settings in a private chat: switch them off, or choose the first multiple you want to hear about (2x, 3x, 5x, 10x or 25x).

Payouts and funds#

  • ALPHA Network never holds your funds.
  • Rewards are sent to your verified wallet, and each payment is checked on the blockchain before it counts as paid.
  • Promoted-call refunds go back to the wallet that paid.

Your group's settings#

Changes to a group's settings, ignore list and hosting are written to an audit log, whether they are made in Telegram, on the website or by the team.
