Rewards and payouts

Every epoch (30 days by default), part of ALPHA Network's real revenue becomes a reward pool. It is split between the best callers, the best groups and the best single calls, and paid in SOL (or USDC) to verified wallets.

Check that you qualify#

1. In a private chat with the bot, send /rewards (or tap 💰 Rewards in the menu).
2. Look at the checklist under Epoch #N. By default you need all of these:
   • ✅ PRO during the epoch (at any point in it);
   • ✅ Verified wallet;
   • ✅ 3 of 3 mature calls this epoch (calls that were scored during this epoch; Watch calls don't count);
   • your account in good standing (not suspended or flagged).
3. If everything is ticked, you'll see Projected: ~$X in SOL. This is an estimate that changes as revenue comes in and other callers score.
4. Missing something? Tap 🔗 Verify wallet or ⚡ PRO right there.

When and how you get paid#

1. The epoch ends. The bot shows the end date (/rewards or the menu).
2. The team calculates and reviews the epoch: who qualifies, who doesn't and why.
3. The epoch is finalized. You get a message: "💰 $X reward · epoch #N" with the amount, the asset and the status Queued for payout.
4. The payout is approved and sent. Amounts are fixed in dollars and converted to SOL or USDC at the price when they are approved.
5. Paid. Every payout is checked on the blockchain before it counts as paid. Its transaction shows in your history.

See your history#

• Bot: /rewards shows earned, paid and pending, plus your last five epochs (✅ paid, ⏳ pending, ⏸ held).
• Website: Rewards (/rewards) shows every epoch, the type (caller, group, best call), the amount, the payout, the status and a link to the transaction.
• Mini App: Profile tab → Rewards.

If your reward is "held"#

A reward is held when it has no wallet to go to, for example "No verified wallet" or "Host has no verified wallet".

1. Verify a wallet with /wallet (see Verify your wallet).
2. Send /support and ask the team to release it to your new wallet.

If it doesn't work#

• "Not eligible yet: only 1 mature calls (min 3)". Make more calls. They count once they mature, 24 hours after the call by default, inside the epoch.
• "No realized revenue in this epoch yet". The pool is empty so far. Projections appear once revenue arrives.
• "Not PRO during epoch". You need PRO at some point during the epoch (when the team requires it).
• "Account flagged for review". Flagged accounts can't receive rewards until a moderator reviews them. Send /support.
