Promoted calls in detail

A promoted call is a paid post that sends a token and your thesis to every participating group on the network. It is always labelled as paid and is never counted in anyone's Alpha Score, rank or rewards. Part of every fee funds the reward pool.

What groups see#

The post shows:

• "📣 Promoted call · $TOKEN" and Sponsored by @you · Alpha Score 62.4 (#18), or "no track record yet" if you have no calls;
• your thesis;
• market cap, liquidity, 24h volume, age and chain (refreshed when it goes out);
• the contract address;
• the note "Paid promotion · not financial advice · not counted in rankings or rewards";
• buttons: 📈 Chart, 📋 Copy CA, 🔎 Scan and 📣 Promote yours.

With a private profile, the sponsor shows as "Alpha Network member".

The thesis rules#

• 20 to 500 characters. Why this token, why now.
• No links. Anything Telegram would turn into a link is refused, including "site.com". A missing space after a full stop can look like a link.
• No @mentions. Your name already shows as the sponsor.

Which groups receive it#

A promotion goes to every hosted group that:

• is live (active or in its grace period);
• has Receive promoted calls switched on (the default);
• tracks the token's chain (or all chains);
• hasn't already received its daily maximum of promoted posts.

The reach you see before paying ("reaches N groups") is calculated the same way, at that moment.

Paying#

Payments are made in SOL straight to the network's payment wallet. ALPHA Network never touches your wallet beyond that one transfer.

• The exact amount. Each payment request gets its own amount: the price plus a tiny unique amount between 0.000001 and 0.000999 SOL. That is how your payment is recognized automatically.
• Detected on-chain. The payment wallet is watched continuously. A matching transfer is usually picked up within a minute.
• Late payments count. If you pay after the 30-minute window closed (up to 7 days later), it is still matched to your promotion.
• Paste the signature. If you sent a different amount, paste the transaction signature (website: Paste the transaction signature; bot: paste it in the chat). It's accepted if it sent SOL to the payment address and either matches the amount, used the QR code or wallet button for this payment, or came from one of your verified wallets.
• Underpaid. More than 0.5% short is refunded, and you start again.
• Paid twice. A second payment for an already-paid promotion is flagged to the team to refund by hand. Send /support if this happens.

Statuses#

Review and refunds#

• A moderator approves or rejects every paid promotion.
• Rejected: refunded in full to the wallet that paid. You get a message with the reason, then another when the refund is sent, with a link to the transaction.
• Not reviewed within 24 hours: rejected and refunded automatically.
• No group had room within 2 days of approval: refunded.
• The token stopped qualifying before it went out (no tradable pair, or liquidity fell below the minimum): rejected and refunded.
• Cancel is only possible before paying. After paying, contact the team with /support.

Results#

From the moment it goes out, the token is followed for 7 days. You'll see:

• groups reached and members reached;
• market cap at the post;
• the peak since the post, and the current multiple;
• a "Promotion finished" message when tracking ends.

Find them under My promotions on the website (/me/promotions) or with /promotions in the bot.

For group owners#

• Promoted calls are on by default. Switch them off with /settings → 📣 Posts → Receive promoted calls, or under My groups on the website.
• Your group receives at most 4 promoted posts per 24 hours, only on chains it tracks.
• Their fees grow the reward pool your group can earn from.
